視手術而定：一般腹腔鏡手術約 3–7 天；骨科換髖換膝約 1–2 週；心臟或重大腹部手術約 2–4 週。最關鍵的是前 72 小時——感染、出血與跌倒最常發生在這個時段。我們會在評估時給出建議天數，按日計費、可隨恢復狀況調整。It depends on the surgery: laparoscopic procedures typically 3–7 days, hip/knee replacements 1–2 weeks, cardiac or major abdominal surgery 2–4 weeks. 術後居家照護包含哪些項目？What does post-surgery home care include?
傷口換藥與感染觀察、疼痛與用藥管理、生命徵象監測、下床活動與跌倒預防、飲食與排泄協助，以及異常徵兆的即時判斷與就醫安排。全部由領有執照的護理師執行。Wound dressing and infection monitoring, pain and medication management, vital signs, mobility support and fall prevention, meals and toileting assistance, plus clinical judgment on warning signs and arranging medical attention. All performed by a licensed nurse.
