Assessment, nurse assignment, payment and ongoing updates can all be done from Hong Kong over LINE or email, with no need for you to be in Taiwan. Most cases start within days, and discharge handovers can begin the day your family member leaves hospital.
台灣的特別護士跟香港的私家看護有什麼分別？How does a Taiwan special nurse differ from a Hong Kong private nurse?
台灣的「特別護士」相當於香港 RN 級的私家看護：領有國家護理師執照、具醫院臨床經驗，可執行傷口換藥、鼻胃管、給藥等醫療性照護。24 小時照護 NT$12,600（約 HK$3,150），約為香港同級收費的一半以下。A Taiwan special nurse is the equivalent of an RN-level private nurse in Hong Kong: nationally licensed, hospital-experienced, able to handle wound care, NG tubes and medication. Our 24-hour care is NT$12,600 (about HK$3,150), typically under half the cost of equivalent care in Hong Kong.
你們會向在香港的家屬回報家人的狀況嗎？Will you keep family in Hong Kong updated?
會。照護開始後，我們會約定回報的頻率與方式（LINE 或 Email），內容包括當天的照護重點、飲食與用藥；有任何異常會即時聯絡您。Yes. Once care begins we agree on an update cadence and channel (LINE or email) covering the day's care, meals and medication. Anything unusual, we contact you immediately.
從香港怎樣付款？How do I pay from Hong Kong?
費用以新台幣計價，可用跨境轉帳付款。開始前提供書面報價，收費固定透明：日班 NT$6,000、夜班 NT$6,600、24 小時 NT$12,600，無仲介費。Fees are billed in NT$ and payable by international transfer. You get a written quote before anything starts. Rates are fixed and transparent: NT$6,000 day, NT$6,600 night, NT$12,600 for 24 hours, with no agency fees.
