24 小時居家照護｜全日特別護士陪伴 24-hour home care, all-day special-nurse coverage
24 小時居家照護是阿爾瑪 Alma 為長期臥床、術後恢復、重症需要連續觀察的個案所設計的全日陪伴方案。由兩班特別護士接力提供：日班（08:00–20:00）與夜班（20:00–08:00），確保家人在任何時段都有合格護理師在身旁，包含夜間翻身、餵食、抽痰、給藥、生命徵象監測等。 Alma's 24-hour home care is a full-day plan designed for long-term bed rest, post-surgery recovery, and high-acuity cases that need continuous observation. Two special nurses cover in shifts — day (08:00–20:00) and night (20:00–08:00) — so a licensed nurse is always present for repositioning, feeding, suctioning, medication, and vital-sign monitoring around the clock.

- 意識不清或失智、需安全看顧的長者Reduced consciousness or dementia patients needing safe supervision
- 安寧階段希望在家陪伴的家庭Hospice families who want their loved one at home
