當然可以。我們的護理師以中文與英文工作，無論您的家人是台裔還是加拿大本地人，都能提供清楚的溝通與照護。Absolutely. Our nurses work in both Mandarin and English, so we can support your family member whether they have Taiwan roots or are Canadian, with clear communication throughout.
阿爾瑪提供醫療或安排手術嗎？Does Alma provide medical treatment or arrange surgery?
我們專注於居家護理，例如術後恢復、慢性病照護與長者陪伴，不安排醫院療程或手術；但能在出院後接手居家照護。We focus on home nursing such as post-surgery recovery, chronic-condition care and elder companionship. We don't arrange hospital treatment or surgery, but we take over care at home once someone is discharged.
可以只在恢復期安排幾天嗎？Can I book just a few days during recovery?
可以。我們不綁長約，您可以依恢復進度，只安排需要的天數，例如出院後的頭一兩週。Yes. There are no long contracts, so you can book only the days you need based on recovery progress, such as the first week or two after discharge.
