這次媽媽因為脊椎壓迫滑脫開刀，加上她本身有第一型糖尿病，術後的照顧實在讓我們家屬非常擔憂。負責夜班的陳護理師真的非常專業又暖心！媽媽晚上幾次血糖掉得很快（甚至一度掉到 79），護理師第一時間就給予葡萄糖片、蘋果汁和蘇打餅乾補充，預防了最危險的夜間低血糖狀況。
Mum had spinal surgery, and she also has type 1 diabetes, so we worried about her recovery. Nurse Chen on the night shift was skilled and kind. A few times Mum’s blood sugar dropped fast at night, once to 79. The nurse gave her glucose tablets, apple juice and crackers straight away and kept her out of a dangerous night-time low.

每次到府後，護理師會用中文或英文回報父母的狀況，包括用藥、飲食、活動與情緒；有任何異常會立即通知您。After each visit, the nurse reports back in Chinese or English on your parent's condition, including medication, eating, activity and mood, and contacts you immediately if anything is unusual.
緊急狀況發生時，時差會不會耽誤處理？Will the time difference delay help in an emergency?
不會。現場的護理師會先即時處理，再通知您，所以即使台灣是深夜、您在加拿大上班，狀況也能先被妥善應對。No. The on-site nurse responds first and then notifies you, so a situation is handled even if it's the middle of the night in Taiwan and you're at work in Canada.
